Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, this national chain offers plentiful portions for the whole family. Very small IHOP. Food was OK to good. Staff was courteous. They accommodated split checks and split orders across checks.

A tiny Ihop, but very clean. Extremely nice staff. Food arrived faster than I thought possible & I even ordered the "pick your own ingredients" omelette! AND it was fresh & delicious. :)

I thought the food was ok. The restaurant is small for the amount of people trying to eat breakfast here. The area has a lot of apartments, condos and hotels nearby and this creates a supply issue and demand for locals breakfast dining in the area. It was not the cleanest or most relaxing place to eat and talk. Tables...

Standard IHOP experience

We came to the Arlington IHOP after receiving a free stack of buttermilk pancakes from a Florida IHOP. It is interesting to note the cost-of-living difference between Florida and Northern Virginia just by comparing IHOP prices :-) The restaurant is clean. It got quite busy on Sunday mornings.
