Service is excellent, our waitress was really helpful,but there is a smell when you walk in It #$%$ right in my wake up mode !!!! When you sit for a while you will used to with that smell but luckily i have scarf ...cheer .

Good food, friendly staff and great service. I recommend this restaurant. I eat at here everytime I'm in the area for a very satisfying experience. What more could one want in a non-fast food, casual restaurant?

This IHOP, to me, is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since, they are so good, I am a regular at this particular restaurant.

After waiting a few minutes a girl greeted us and sat us at a table that had syrup spilling onto the seat on one side.
So we moved we didnt wait to tell her since she promptly left before we even sat down. It took 10 minutes for someone to even walk by, one of the other waiters asked if we had been helped.

All in all drinks took way too long, they didnt have hot chocolate which my friend...
