If you want a clean, rodent- free apartment in Darien, IL, this is not the place for you. I was taken by the view of the apartment I was shown. great place to live, for all ages. we have a pool, if something breaks its fixed emediatly. management takes an interest in tennets best interest. pet friendly. they keep the place clean. in addition to maintenance the management here are not afraid to get their hands dirty, I see them cleaning, and picking up the grounds too. I've been living here for over a year and I have no complaints. The neighborhood is very safe, and I feel safe when I'm out in the parking lot at night.

I've had issues in my apartment that were fixed within a week of emailing the office staff. The maintenance staff are very friendly, as are the two ladies in the office.

Sometimes there are people who are out in the back of the building who...

I lived here for one year and these are the best apartments in Darien, for a family to live in. They have a friendly office staff,and i never had any problem with the parking. the area also has a great school district. and if i would ever returned to this area i would not hesitate to come here.
