I have been dealing with Ideal Integrations for 2 1/2 years and I am appalled at their business practices. They are grossly overpriced and their customer service/support is awful. Ideal truly does not care about the satisfaction of their customers. My company has issues with them almost on a weekly basis. Only 6 more months until the company I work for is emancipated from this wretched IT...

Ideal did a large network reconfiguration for my company. They were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the project. Post project service was also very good. I am very pleased with their service and happy i chose them as a vendor.
