Help us make it rightI was told at 10:10pm on Saturday evening that they would come and call me on Sunday. No call and could not leave a message all day and evening Sunday. On Monday morning you could not still get a hold of them. I would not recommend this company at all. If they have problems they could at least call and let a person know that they have run into problems so that a person does not sit home all day...
I had a priority appt set between the hours of 2-5..... 5 o'clock came and no one was here, 5:30 came and I called to see what the case was and no one answered. To make a long story short they never showed nor called...... I tried repeatedly calling them and could not get ahold of anyone.

Plumbing RX was very unhelpful when dispatched to our home. We had two appointments scheduled and they were very late for one and did not even show up for the second. We ultimately choose, and I recommend, to go with someone else.
