The service was disappointing and it was not busy. We had to track down the waitress every time we needed something. Tip is included and you are charged even if you don't smoke.

This oddly trendy ice hookah bar seems seriously out of place plopped amongst Towson's boring beer bars and under 18 clubs. Unlike other hookah bars, Ice Hookah offers hookahs with ice mixed into their exotic and interfused flavors like triple apple and banana split. They even offer tabacco-free hookahs!

This is the premier local spot for smoking shisha. Ice features single, double and quadruple hose hookahs with free refills on Wednesday. There is also wireless Internet service at no additional cost.
