Never step a foot in there... Andy (the owner) will rip you off BIG TIME... very dirty place and staff. Disgusting owner with terrible language... Worst place to get product from and the owner is no where near professional.

I love Ice Cream Express's ice cream! They have so many flavors and a wide variety of delicious toppings. The prices are reasonable.
