Shoddy products, high prices and no customer service

I stood in line over an hour in the Osceola County store, with my children in tow, to order school uniforms for a new school in July, 2011. When we were finally taken to the back to order I was told that all of the girl's straight leg pants and skorts were sold out and that we'd have to buy something else. We ended up buying cargo pants, which wash terribly and shorts.

We picked up the items in early August and everything was fine, until the 2nd week of school when the items started showing terrible wear. The polos have faded terribly and are fraying at the collar. A slide closing button...
