Ibbotson Heating Company was great. My husband and I don't like doing surveys but we still wanted to give them a high rating for everything. They are very good and we will definitely continue to use them.

Ibbotson's Heating Company's service has been fantastic, so I can't tell you about anyone else because they are the greatest. We have had three homes in Mount Prospect during 50 years. We've worked with Ibbotson Heating Company ever since we built our first house, which was over 40 years ago. We've used them for everything they offer--furnace, heating, and air conditioning. We've continued to use them this whole time because their people are terrific!

We had Ibbotson's out to replace our furnace and air conditioning. They were very professional and we were VERY happy with our experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to work with an honest and trustworthy company.

Steve, John and Dave did a great job installing my new HVAC. When the ac unit came and I didn't like the size (too big) Ibbotson didn't complain and got me a different compressor. I'm sticking with these guys.
