They took my retainer of $4,000, promised the design would cost $2,000 and the rest would be applied to the purchase of products. Two weeks later they presented me with a bill of $5,100 and they were only halfway done with the design. they also asked for $5,000 more retainer money. When we terminated their service they refused to give us any money back. We found other people who had the same...
