Lived here 2 years now. Great location to the city without being in the city. Extremely pet friendly. Friendly staff and 24 maintenance. Accommodations they've added such as gym, tanning, dog park, and car care center have been very convenient. Everything you need is within the complex!

I have loved living at Hyland Hills. It has a great location and is close to everything. The buildings are very well maintained and the staff is very professional. Highly Recommended

Apartments are cramped and deteriorating and you are charged for every little amenity. The staff is inefficient and rude. Save yourself the trouble - don't rent here.

I have been living in Hyland Hill for the past 3 years and I would highly suggest living here if you are looking. Very convenient to travel downtown and the surrounding areas. The landscape here is gorgeous. The pool is not to crowded and there is always someone to play basketball with. The interior of the apartments are spacious and are confortable to live in.
