We had a great time at this hotel. We had 5 people in a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. We were able to grocery shop and save $$ by having some meals in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, loved the pool cabana rental- though poolside service was kind of slow (waited 20 minutes for a beverage).

We were not told about a "resort fee". We did not go swimming. We were handed a Discount Card and were told we could use it for dining at the hotel. We went to the Shor restaurant once. That was enough. We were not impressed. We were not old that the discount card was $25.

Great hotel, beautiful rooms. Only downfall is the bar/restuarant was a little costly. I guess this just comes along with "vacationing". Also we were there both during the week and the weekend and it did get a little crowded on the weekend. Overall we would go back in a second. GREAT PLACE!!

Although this hotel is pricey, every room has a full kitchen - so you can save some money by cooking in your room.Location is excellent - close to everything in Clearwater Beach. No car is needed...Although we didn't bring our kids on this trip, this hotel and surrounding area is very family friendly.Would love to go back!

The place is very nice, the view is fantastic!! Beware of the extra charges - for everything - parking, hotel fees, etc. Nothing is included!!! The housekeeping staff couldn't get things right, if you weren't on their schedule, forget it. We had to ask numerous times for things they missed, one time, to have the room itself cleaned, which never got done. Security was making the bed and changing...
