Rooms are getting old and need redecorating. Great location to the OP convention center, great staff, very nice breakfast. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and it was great. I was dis appointed this stay at the condition and cleanliness of the room.

Never crazy about staying in a hotel. This was my second stay at a Hyatt Place, only came here because I had a free points night. Also second stay at the Hyatt Place, KC Airport. While my previous favorites were Marriotts, these Hyatt Place hotels have topped them. The Airport one was very, very good. But the Overland Parts Convention...
