Just got back from having to exchange the wrong milk for the milk ordered through Hy Vee Aisles Online. Not a big deal except when my wife went to pick up our order they looked and said they couldn’t see our order. Absolutely pitiful service tonight at the Grille. I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance but I’ve learned my lesson. We waited over 30 minutes for a Caesar salad, flatbread and burger. We ditched out on our food and walked out. We flagged our service down three times to see if we could get refills, bread or even our salad and her response was “sorry they are really busy”... uhh...

This store is the cleanest, well stocked and best managed HyVee in IOWA. A week doesn't go buy that I don't shop there. The pharmacy has great people who help with any questions. So many wonderful associates... have you seen the flower shop displays? ? ? BEAUTIFUL ! !
