I receive weekly Lymphatic Drainage Massage from Kathy Curry. I have been coming to Huntsville Massage Professionals for 6 years and contribute my health and ability to continue to work to receiving my weekly massage. Everyone who works here is professional and courteous. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. Heated tables, relaxing music, warm towels, and so many more little things they do to ensure the comfort of clients. My husband and I have gotten couple's massages where Kathy and another therapist provide plush spa robes and soak our feet in rose petal foot soaks. There is definitely a reason they have been continuously voted number one day spa in Huntsville! As for any negative reviews, it is very plain to see that there were a couple of people who either showed up too late for their appointment or no showed. Anyone in the service industry knows that this is very rude. If you have an appointment, you should be on time to prevent the next person from having to wait. If you read the policies of any and every day spa, no showing for an appointment prevents that massage therapist from being able to schedule someone else in that time frame which results in loss of income to that therapist. If you no show for an appointment, you should have the decency to pay the therapist for their time. It is very clear that the complainers were acting very childish and wrote a bad review because they were held responsible for their own bad manners. I will continue to go to Huntsville Massage Professionals and will continue to refer all of my friends and aquaintences here.
