This bank is the biggest joke i have ever seen held my check for 5 "business days" n still wont let it go itnhas cleared by my work. I had signed it over to my bf n u lock him out of his account completely and hold his direct deposit for ovee a week. How would u feel trying to feed your family with a bank locked all the way to where you can't even use your app to check and see what your balance...

Having an awful time getting a title from this bank. They have had a cashiers check since 4/22/15, which was processed and received the same day and they said it will take 10 to 20 days to get anything processed? This is absolutely unacceptable. The seller is leaving the country on 4/29/15 and won't be back for almost 2 months, which will in turn cause issues in getting the title transferred to...

Haven't had one positive experience with this bank since I opened an account. Think I'm going to switch. Such a hassle since it was such a hassle to open it in the first place. Now to close it and start all over again searching for a bank. Hassle opening it. Incredible hassle with their online banking. Let's just say it doesn't work.
