Unethical dirtballs

I called these swamp creatures and they told me they had just the tool for me (@ $195/day). When I drove across the state to pick it up it turned out to be a kluged piece of junk. I took it home and of course it didn't work. I immediately called them and they told me that it was all my fault so I brought the tool back and they would not refund any of the rental. They are illiterate incompetent...
