This property and it's grounds looked nice and clean before. Now it is dirty. Apartments are infested with mice. I had to contact the community manager in order to get a pest problem rectified. Overpriced, pest infected and non attentive staff.
Beautiful neighborhood to live in, neighbors are friendly. An issue would be the service from the staff, there isn't a sense of urgency when it comes to maintenance. But other than that it's a beautiful neighborhood.
I love everything about this place. The Maintenance is great an they answer right away. The people are very lovely!
Its in a BAD neighborhood. Last time I went to the nearby store someone threw a beer bottle at my car and wanted to fight me because I said something about it.
