Frank's Take: Hunan Empress

There is something about a cold snowy night and a Chinese restaurant. They are always so cozy, so warm. Maybe it's the hot tea., maybe it's the piping hot food… all I know is I would rather eat Chinese in the winter than in the summer. And I think Hunan Empress in Chesterfield is an excellent option.

Reminded me of my trip to San Fran. Absolutely delicious. They serve green tea with your meal and it's delicious. The food portions are huge and staff is friendly and kind. MY NEW FAV PLACE
