Horrible food took forever to come. Wings and fries were soggy and the food was cold... Makes me not want to eat carry out ever again

I don't normally do the "corry out", I prefer to make myself but today was one of those days at work and I just had a taste for some msg. Ordered over the phone with what sounded like a child....

We ordered a chicken fried rice, which they didn't have on the menu but the lady was nice enough to make it for us. We also ordered a general Tso's chicken, shrimp hunan. The food was very good!...
