One of the best Chinese Restaurants in Vallejo! The tomato beef is really good and my usual! (Something I don't usually find on other restaurant's menus)...

Judging by the last time I ate here, I think the orginial owner sold out. Food quality was always good but in the past few years, it was waning. I think it is some kind of noodle house now.
