As usual, some of the best Chinese food is found in little 'hole in the wall' places. It is primarily for take out, but I 'dined in' when I visited. The pros- food is fresh and very well prepared. We order from Hunan 1 at least once a month. Excellent hot and hour soup and crab rangoons. I enjoy the pork egg foo yung and the moo shoo chicken. We often order chicken with mixed vegetables from their "special diet menu." It comes with a flavorful sauce on the side without MSG.

Stopped here tonight for dinner with our son, a Lawrence University student. Had garlic chicken and General Tso's chicken. Both were tasty, hot and fresh. This is our Chinese take-out place of choice. Tasty cheap food- its hard to beat their prices! I always mix my Generals Chicken with a can of pineapple- adds some fruit and gives me three meals out of one.
