We had a very positive experience with Matt, Dee and Erica. They were patient and knowledgeable. We met several dogs that were right for our family but delayed making a commitment. We had our application processed so when we were finally ready to commit, we were able to take our Rosie home the same day we met her.
The manager of the place is a LIAR. Don't trust him with your pets. He isn't worried about the animals he is worried about himself. This place doesn't answer phone calls. And straight up LIES. LIES LIES. Oh yeah did I mention this guy is horrible, Heartless liar!!!
I rescued a stray orange kitten off the street here in Newburgh, kept it overnight debating in if I should keep him but taking into consideration that this apartment doesn't allow pets, I gave it to these people who welcomed him with open arms. It was so emotional to give him away, but I knew I was doing the right thing. Turns out he had a cold, and at least he'll get the treatment he needs and...
This place is amazing!!! The staff and volunteers are truly wonderful!
Very nice people. They were very thorough on process to make sure the doggies end up in a good home. They helped me find a new member of family.
