I am a 40 something mother of 4 kids and was tired ALL OF THE TIME. When 3pm rolled around I was watching the clock for bedtime but so still tired in the morning even though I'd had over 8 hours of sleep. My quality of life was terrible. At first I worked at my symptoms utilizing the knowledge I have gleaned over the years about diet and exercise and getting enough rest and drinking enough water. I eliminated caffeine, alcohol and sugar. I did feel a little better after all of these positive changes (after the withdrawls of course) but I was still so tired! After making the adjustments to my diet and my lifestyle (she prescribed at least 5 min of complete quiet time) I was a new woman! My friends and colleagues all remarked about the change in my demeanor and my attitude. Dr. Hudson is a fantastic doctor! I took my two children to Dr. Tanya Hudson for issues with AdHd and autoimmune disorders. She was magnificent with them! She helped them with their medical issues by first doing a thorough lab work-up and also listening to their explanation of their concerns, symptoms, and feelings. I have had a long-running, multi-year issue with insomnia and extreme daytime fatigue. I have sought help from many providers over the years prior to seeing Dr. Hudson. She has been very thorough, patient, and systematic about treatment, from detailed diagnostic tests to orderly testing of various natural supplements, and diet changes.
