Can't even do the work that I paid for. Got brand new truck back with dirty oil, and drag plate not secured. This is a dealership that is focused on quantity NOT quality. When I talked to the supervisor, he said just bring it back and we will make it right. Yea thanks, please waste my time, I have nothing better to do than spend days at the dealership so you can get a 30 minute job done correctly.

I bought an F150 with the Tuscany package and will never again!!!! The exhaust has broken not once but 4 times and guess how many times HUB CITY has fixed it? ONCE with a crappy weld! terrible service. bought a car that had engine problems didnt know until i brought it to a shop a week later. now im stuck with a lemon and having to wait until we go to court for another car
