Horrible service, unknowledgeable staff - has my taxes screwed up three years in a row by these clowns. Last year when I asked to speak with a manager, they gave me an incorrect telephone number...

We used to go to h&r block in FL. The staff at this particular location have no idea what they're doing. They were slow doing our taxes & then come to find out, they didn't even do them right!!...
