H&R Block local franchise offices do not have consumer accountability.  Their office made 3 egregious tax errors on my 2008 taxes (acknowledged the error and paid the Federal Taxes fees and interest) but will not pay for the Maryland State fees and interest.  I not asking for the additional personal credit damage, bank garnishments, frozen bank account and a law suit that I have been subjected...
