Here is a tip - fire Amy Tuvey and get someone who treats customers with respect. I went in hoping to get tax help, and came out DISGUSTED at how I was treated. She treated me like I should have ""known better"" about my taxes, and pretty much gave me the impression that I wasn't worth her time. That was the FIRST and LAST time I use H&R Block!\r

Stay away from the manager at the Sammamish office she is not a nice person and you may not enjoy your experience. The other tax pros are pretty nice and seem to know more than the manager about certain tax forms.
