The H& block people were very decent and they're very patience and discreet. I have some unpaid taxes over the past and i don't want anyone to know and they understand that completely. We went in a closed room and discuss about my financial situation and how i should file my tax return. The lady help me through out the whole process. I was able to work out a deal to pay my overdue taxes...
