I have been a customer for years using various H&R Blocks all over this state today I was amazed at how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL the staff was at this location. I went in to have some basic inquiries into my tax situation and when I started questioning the forms the lady was forcefully shoving into my face she became so outranged that I would have the gowl to inquire the meaning of the forms...
