I ordered the 7 day trial but the products took 12 days to arrive.  By day 14 my account was charged 139.90.  I understood that I had 30 days to try the products before anything would be charged to my account.  I never even had a chance to try the products before I was charged.  When I called they said in order to have this money refunded I had to mail the unused samples back and provide them...
