Super Quick & Prompt Refunds- Most of the Time

Only one year did I have a problem with this company. To this day, we (the customers) still don't know why the "rapid refunds" were delayed for over a month, yet we still had to pay for the rapid refund fees. Not fair at all. We have been having our taxes done here for many years, except for one year, that we regreted. We have the same Lady that does our taxes every year. She is so very nice and a pleasure to do business with. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but it is worth it. They have a nice office and parking is not really a problem.
