Called on Tuesday to make appt. Appt made for Thursday morning. Called at 9:49 to see when I could expect the technician. I was told by Paul between 10am and 2pm. NOTHING. Called at 2:41 (after sitting home all day waiting for a call) and was told my appt is for Friday.
