Very disappointed. The assistant manager had very poor language skills and was most difficult to understand. He seemed to be annoyed to have to speak english. Displayed a rude and overbearing manner with customers.

Cockroaches, bed bugs, broken glass, dirty, sticky floors and NO REFUND even though I did not stay.

The owner was very mean on the phone and had no intention of providing nice accomodations. They also expected me to stay in a room without a working key card. My whole family had red bug bites after less than 1 hour there. The manager said they don't have cockroaches or bed bugs (she was the 1st to mention bed bugs).
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Paid $88.00 for a 1-HOUR MISTAKE. and NO REFUND!
