Nice reception at the hotel. There was no fridge in the room and I needed to store insulin but the receptionist was really helpful and accommodating putting it in their staff fridge. Rooms were basic but clean and had everything we needed and for the price, who can argue?!

The price and location of this place attracted us! Definitely the cheapest hotel in downtown Chicago. Don't stay here if you are use to luxury. This is a place for one of those one the budget travelers. The hotel is a little bit ran down, but it has a bed, a clean shower, clean sheets. What else do you need...

Excellent location for exploring Chicago and very affordable. The hotel is in dire need of some TLC but if you can put up with that then you probably won't find another hotel at this price in a centrally located position. We were able to explore downtown on foot, or using the excellent cycle hire system.
