After being a customer of this business for 15+ years, it was disappointing to have endured a 6- week drama over a wool sweater that was ruined by the cleaner. The sweater had only been worn twice when we brought in to be cleaned on 12/16. When we came to pick it up, the sweater was pilled and looked like it had been washed in a washing machine. After several promises that the owner would call us but never getting the call, we continued to stop by expecting to speak with him or someone that would offer a remedy to the situation. I like your staff but your own customer service policy is severly lacking.
I brought my NEW khaki spring trench in for cleaning last spring. Got it back and the leather buckles on sleeves and belt were not covered properly so they warped and were destroyed. Alex promised to fix it.
I waited over three months; checking status each month. Each time it wasn another story. My goodness, why? I could have taken the trench back to the store. By Fall I had my trench coat back. Hmmm, oh yes the buckles were not replaced as promised but 'painted' over to cover the bad spots. Then the...
