Too bad 0 stars is not an option! And I'm not surprised to see another negative review on here...the guy was very rude to my girlfriend and treated her like she was on a lower level. Never use...

Rich is just about the rudest technician I've ever encountered. It makes me cringe to have him in my house. This seems to be the only appliance repair guy my landlord uses and he is flat out rude...
