Wonderful staff, facilities and ambiance. Avoiding the crowds Sunday - Tuesday, was a perfect relaxing mini getaway. Will return for a third time in the future.

My husband and I recently attempted to stay at this beautiful location. Unfortunately when we got into town we found out that we accidentally booked our room for the wrong date. The management was rude and handled the situation very porly. They said it was our fault and there was nothing they could do. Which I understand, but they could have offered the champagne that we ordered with our room...

First time staying at Valencia. Absolutely loved it! Super friendly staff , smells amazing , love the decor , amazing bar, really cool bar next door. Just love everything about this hotel. Can’t wait to come back!
