We visited last December before Christmas, and the experience was perfect! The room was clean, and we were accommodated nicely by the staff. Kevin, one of the room attendants was kind enough to assist us in the lift since we were with my 2 yr old super-naughty son. He also immediately refilled the water dispenser when asked. Overall stay was superb!
The service was fantastic. Everything was guest oriented. The condition of the hotel was impeccable. Every aspect of the stay was exemplary.You will be very happy to stay here.

Whole staff is friendly, this hotel is in disarray. The room smelled old. The linens and upholstery and curtains were something you'd get in a super 8 in 1981. Probably the same.
