Good hotel

Easily the best hotel in downtown El Paso. The room was charged to my personal card even though it was booked under a business travel card, I’m not sure where the mix up was. Other than that the facilities are top quality and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again when I travel back to El Paso.

Book if you want to be up ALL NIGHT!

No SLEEP! There is ZERO insulation in the room. You hear EVER car going by, everyone in the hall, ANY door that closed. We called on a room that was partying & was literally yelling to the pt they couldn't hear security knocking several times. He finally warned them, but it continued being loud & inconsiderate. We called & I asked front desk if she could request them to move. We have to be up...

This was my first time staying here and I loved it. Modern Hotel and great staff. Loved the pool and Bar. Loved how the room actually was the room temperature I set it at. Really liked the idea of not having an entire room carpeted. The bed and bedding was awesome, was a great nights sleep. The restaurant had excellent food and staff. Will definitely be staying here again.

I love this hotel. The wifi was erratic and not very dependable and the war we in the bathroom was always warm even if you had to use it to take pills, etc. But the staff was outstanding. Every one I met at the desk or the restaurant was really great. The room was attractive and comfortable. I am so pleased to know about this availability in EP!
