What a great place! If you enjoy experiences that are out of the ordinary, you will love this. Reminiscent of the Panama Hotel in Seattle (read the book, "Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet"). I fell in love with duncan hotel the minute i walked in. It is, putting it politely, a hot mess. If the lobby and rooms were cleaned and updated, it could be a wonderful boutique hotel. But...a me...
