Nice room, very comfortable

We had a room on the 7th floor trackside, and had a great view of the track, enjoyed watching the horses working out in the early AM. Room was spacious, and comfortable. Overall it is a nice hotel at the downs.........Skip the breakfast buffet though

I had an opportunity to spend a few days in upper state New York at the Vernon Downs Hotel/Casino. Before booking I saw the reviews were mixed, but the photos were appealing as was the historical significance for local racing so I booked a few nights.
