I have practiced here for several years....I was a "resident" of Woodinville and therefore NO commute - so practicing was easier to maintain. I still make the trek (from Kirkland) because I enjoy the studio, the instructors, the peace.....

Absolutely love this studio! The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgemental. Classes are transformational. Would definetly recommend this practice and studio to anyone and everyone (and I do) great for chronic pain, flexibility, agility, endurance, stress, weight loss, or meditation.
