We used Horton Tree Service for tree trimming and removing several of our trees and were very pleased with them. The estimator seemed knowledgeable about tree's and options available for drastically cutting back oe of our trees while improving the overall presentation. He was also able to provide us some options on things we could do, so that we wouldn't have to hire someone every six months to maintain the tree. Overall we are very satisfied with their service, quality of work and timeliness. The only thing that kept me from giving them ***** stars is that they are a little pricey.

I called Hortons Tree Service and was told someone would be able to come to my house in one to three days to give me an estimate. Since there were only certain trees I wanted trimmed, I asked for them to call ahead of time so Id be sure to be home. When the third day came and I hadnt heard from them, I called their office that morning and was told the estimates had gone out for the day and I should have already heard from one of their employees. I was then told someone would be by my house that afternoon. I stayed home all day and no one came by.

Poor Service

The first time they came to do the work, they only did half of what was on the estimate. I then had to make several calls, did not have my calls returned by the foreman and two weeks later they finally come out again to finish the job and still did not complete as I requested and as was written in the estimate. Simply told me that is all we can to for you for that price. I will never use this company again!
