The Horseshoe Casino is my preferred gaming venue in the Tunica area. A good variety of table games and slot machines as well as a nice selection of dining choices. The hotel rooms are always clean and ready. The hotel decor(walls, floor, etc) shows some age but that's really not an issue for me as long as it's clean.

Okay, love Horseshoe, but...their older deluxe rooms need a facelift. The cabinet for frig and coffeemaker is falling apart. The lamps and electrical outlits are falling off the wall! We were afraid to use the bed lamps for fear of causing a fire. We had them replace the floorlamp. The bathroom was clean and the beds and pillows fairly comfortable....

The overall appearance of the hotel was great but as you pulled back the layers they became a little rotten. I had to go downstairs because the room phone did not work to inform housekeeping that I needed extra towels and that the faucet was loose in the room. Very nice trip. I had a good time and the dealers were very helpful especially learning new games. I hope to come back again soon. The room was very nice but could have had more towels. Loved the tv in the bathroom.
