We're sorry that the phone doesn't get answered as often as it rings, but if a customer takes the time to come in to the shop, they will get our undivided attention. This place is horrible! I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone, No matter how many times I call or wait to call again. I have no idea how this place stays in business. Considering how many times I've been told he's getting the parts that I need, I follow up with him. And they are mysteriously still waiting to show up. I personally recommend you to find another store to do your shopping at.

Scott is great! He is always agreeable and extremely knowledgeable. The prices are definitely reasonable, and I have always received same day service, which is awesome, since I rely on my laptop so much. I wouldn't take my laptop anywhere else!
