Its been 4 months going 5 and no after sales service, no means to get a hold of anyone all phones numbers are not working or no service. My panels are up my inspection are done and still not functioning.... then I get a call from sun run collecting something I do not know when I am under HERO program. could not even answer my questions.

I would not recommend any solar company other than Horizon Solar. The crews are excellent that did everything from the trenching to the installation of our ground mount with 42 panels.

I had them come out to the house I was told not to show my contract to any one else. Then when I asked about the part where I have to insure my own system there rep acted like he got a phone call and left. To top t off they still keep calling me and no one can tell me why I have to insure my own system. Read the fine print everyone. Shady company

Absolutely hands down the worst company to work for/have at your home from a employee that has had nothing but harassment from coworkers that have felonies for home burglary and hr has done nothing about fact once i voiced my opinion they " terminated" me for down talking the worthless so called professional business! Do not allow in your home!!!
