I have two Nav GPS installs at Horizon Audio and had great experiences there, friendly knowledgeable people to talk to and Technicians did very good job on installation.

Installed a remote start at a great price. It took a day to install and about a week and a half to get an appointment because of the thanksgiving holiday.

I wanna say my escalade looks amazing!! I had horizon audio put four JL 15s in with a 3,000 watt amp. They also installed 28" rims and tires. Any problems I had, they took care of them instantly. I also wanna say not once but twice the techs stayed way after closing to get my ride back on the road!!

Horrible. Gone back 4 times and nothing is fixed that they broke. Very upset.
