What is up with this company? I actually love much of their online product and have purchased several items over the years. However, they have a bad habit of charging ridiculous handing and servicing fees, claiming oversize handling charges apply via the manufacturer.

I have purchased the exact same item elsewhere for much less base price and NO extra charges even though the item came directly from the manufacturer. When I contacted one of the vice presidents and sent him the link to the same lighting product Horchow had on it's website for more money and a steep handling charge the other...
