The company refuses to replace an "unbreakable" helicopter that snapped in two on its first run.  Helicopter was purchased for nephew's Christmas present and, even though we called the very next day, it took two months and several phone calls before we even received a response.  We absolutely flushed our money away on this product.

I had a terrible time contacting the company, staying on hold for over 45 minutes twice before being disconnected. I purchase a so called refurbished helecopter from Hobby Tron. When I received the purchase, it was damaged and in an extremely used condition. The aircraft was of inferrior design and the CG was off as it was tail heavy and did not fly as advertised. What threw up a red flag was Hobby Tron's lack of customer support.
